Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users. You only pay for the volume of envelopes you send each month — never per seat.
What happens if I exceed my envelope limit?
You can keep sending without interruption. Overages are billed at the end of the billing period at your plan's overage rate (Starter: $0.50/envelope, Team: $0.35, Business: $0.20).
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Your card is required to start, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then.
Are signatures legally binding?
Yes. GetDocsSigned signatures are fully compliant with the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA, as well as eIDAS in the EU. Every signed document includes a tamper-evident certificate and full audit trail.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
